Obituary of Violet Irwin

Violet Rio Irwin, aka Kitty Katt, Kitty Witts, Pussyfer and Violet, stop!!!!

Passed peacefully on April 29th 2025.

 You arrived in our family in late 2011 after you were found roaming the streets and soon rewarded us with the leftovers of various mice you had caught during the night. Everyone that had the good fortune to get to know you remarked on your prettiness and softness, and fat flaps which jiggled impressively whenever you ran. As an indoor cat, oh how you amused us with your sneakiness waiting by the door to pounce outside the second we opened it unaware. Oh and then we loved how you pretended to want to come in by rolling around appealingly on the doorstep only to run away every time we tried to pick you up. Thanks for keeping our puppy Mr. Clash on his toes with the ever present threat of chasing him down the landing. We loved the butt-wiggle when you were rearing to pounce. We miss your presence in our faces in bed just about the time we were about to fall asleep as it was then that you decided you needed some serious pets and attention. You loved and were loved and will never be far from our thoughts.
