In Loving Memory of Milkshake

2014 – 2025

Milkshake, our bold and beautiful tuxedo queen, passed away peacefully at the age of 11. Adopted from the SPCA, she quickly established herself as the ruler of the house, never afraid to let her opinions be heard—especially when it came to treat time. Her meow? More of a scream. Her attitude? Somewhere between Grumpy Cat and a drama queen on a sugar rush.

Milkshake was a walking contradiction: she lived for snuggles, made world-class biscuits, and then—without warning—turned into a whirlwind of overstimulation. One minute you were best friends, the next she was over it. That was her charm.

She shared a fiery love-hate bond with her Dalmatian brother, Chief, for five and a half years. He adored her. She tolerated him. Mostly. When she wasn’t perched like royalty or knocking things off counters, she kept watch with her intense yellow-green eyes that said, “Try me.”

She leaves behind her humans, Sean and Julie, who were lucky enough to serve as her staff. Her absence leaves a giant, milkshake-shaped hole in our hearts.

Rest well, Milkshake. You were loud, moody, affectionate, unpredictable—and absolutely perfect.
