Maxwell "Bubby" Steen 6/10/2012 - 7/18/2025 Our sweet, loving, caring, sometimes goofy, happy little boy had to leave us. He fought his battle with cancer with great bravery. He will be greatly missed by his Grammy, Mummy, Pop and sister Mika Marie. He was Grammy's little "Love Bub". A super hero with super sonic hearing and X-ray vision. He didn't like thunderstorms and would be by our side before we could see or hear them. He could sit at the window with the blinds drawn and alert us of passersby and the wildlife intruders. He didn't mind letting his sister be the boss. Their playtime, companionship and love was special. Chasing after each other and wrestling. He would give his sister a little smack of his paw on her head that she tolerated most of the time. Even though he was sick, he watched over her. She recently went blind and he would alert us that she was needing our help. They have snuggled a lot more since he got sick and her surgery in early fall. Her love for him was evident the morning he had to go, when she crawled beside him and lay her head upon him. Every time we walked in the house he was already there to greet you with love, joy and his roo-roo. Which we like to believe was his I Love You. Even if you only took a trip out to the mailbox. He was just as happy to greet our guest with that same excitement. We could go on and on about our boy, but we think you can see who he was. Now our house is a lot quieter and our hearts are hurting. But we know we are the luckiest people in the world to be his family. We will miss you Little Mister!
