Apollo

July 20, 2022-August 30, 2025

Apollo was the name he was given when he chose us to be his family. After getting to know him, I affectionately named him Dippy. August 24, 2024 was the day that Apollo stole our hearts and chose us to be his humans.

Apollo was a loving, sweet boy that had no idea what boundaries were, always jumping on my chest or lap to get his chin scratches and belly rubs. Our Sweet boy would sleep in the weirdest places that usually resulted in him getting stepped on. No window or door was safe, if there was a way in, he found it. He also liked to nap in the far corner under the couch.

Apollo leaves behind a family who didn’t know how much we would come to love him. Jaylan was Apollo’s favorite human, and he leaves a space that nothing else can fill. Along with myself (Renee), Jaylan, Mike and Kiana, he also leaves behind a host of neighbors he would sneak and get treats from. Our Lives would not be the same without our sweet Apollo/Dippy

When you crossed the rainbow bridge, you took a huge piece of our hearts with you.
