In Loving Memory of Mya

Our sweet Mya girl crossed the rainbow bridge to be with her sister, Gia, on October 15, 2025. From the first day that we met Mya, we knew that she was going to bring so much love and laughter into our lives. And there isn’t a day that went by that we didn’t feel that from her. 

Mya brought a love into our home and hearts that cannot be described in words. We feel lucky to have been chosen to be the ones to experience a love so great. She healed something in us every day with her presence. She was truly an angel on earth and radiated pure happiness. 

Mya’s favorite thing to do was snuggle and take naps with us. In between lounging, she loved to graze the yard and run through the upstairs at home-to the point where it sometimes sounded like the house was coming down. She was the sweetest girl and everyone that she met felt her love. Though she spent most of her life as the “little sister” to Gia, she got to meet her human little brother a few months ago and we couldn’t have asked for a better dog for him. She loved checking in on him with sniffs and the occasional head lick, just to make sure all was good. Though Mya faced some challenges in her last bit of time here on earth, the love that we felt from her and felt for her, never went away.

Mya girl- we all miss you so much and we know that home will never feel quite the same without you there. We’ll miss your welcome home greeting, cuddling on the couch on a lazy Sunday, and most of all, the happiness that you brought into our life from day one. We’ll hold onto all of the great memories that you’ve given us. Enjoy your time with Gia and all of the cookies and food you could ever want. Until we meet again, rest in peace sweet girl. Love you forever.
