Obituary of Gary Lewis

Gary came to us in August 2017 when we believe he was about 5 years old.  We don’t really know where he came from, but it didn’t seem like a good place.  He was severely underfed and distrustful of humans.  He was “skin & bones” and growled at anyone that tried to pick him up.  Overtime he came to trust us, put on some weight, and developed quite the wardrobe!  He loved to play with his favorite toy, Owly, and do mini zoomies around the house – he sure could move fast!  He was also known for doing comprehensive perimeter checks of the yard and if it was autumn, we’d frequently lose sight of him were it not for his colorful sweaters.  Let's not forget driving the truck!  Everytime we would leave the house, there he was waiting to come along.  If it was raining, the wipers made him really mad!!!  We’ll all miss you, Gary!
