Obituary of Benny Evans

Our beloved Benny passed away at home on August 12, 2020.  

Benny joined the Evans family in April of 2009.  He was adopted from the Providence SPCA and was listed as a “senior dog”, estimated to be about 10 years old.  We adopted him knowing our time could be limited, but  instead we were blessed with 11 beautiful years with him.   He was the epitome of a good boy and brought joy and immense happiness to everyone around him.     

Benny loved potato chips and cheese, basking in the sun on a breezy day and snuggling on top of the couch.    He never wanted to be far from his family and enjoyed making blanket nests on the couch and in our beds so he would have a warm spot to lay as close to us as possible.    We will forever have an empty spot in our beds and in our hearts.   

Benny is survived by his Mommy, Grandma & Poppop, Aunt Caitlin and his fur siblings, Kiwi and Whiskey.   He was a loyal and trusted friend and he is already missed tremendously.
