Obituary of Valentino Dorsey

Valentino ascended to heaven on Thursday August 20, 2020, through a
compassionate release, alongside his grandmother. His
grandmother, Juanita Dorsey, had been his sole caretaker during his
last few years and the bond that they share is unbreakable.
When Valentino came home, he was a dark red ball of fur--a toy poodle
actually lived under that fur. Valentino’s name came from his
affectionate wrestle with his mommy’s favorite shoe. It was upon
receiving his first haircut, within a few days of being home, that his
true nature shone through. He held his head high with the class and
decorum that poodles often possess and began to rule everyone around
him. He was an extremely intelligent, thoughtful and curious
companion. Throughout his life, Valentino experienced many awesome
moments and some tough moments early on in his life, which he overcame
with lots of love and support. Since entering our lives, he has brought
an abundance of joy. He will be missed greatly. We had the pleasure of
enjoying Valentino for fifteen years, although that wasn’t long
enough.

knowing you”.
