Obituary of Uhtred Potter

Uhtred passed away peacefully with his foster mom by his side on October 12, 2020.

Born outside in May of 2020, Uhtred was brought inside and fostered by Amber & Nolan Potter from the age of 4-5 weeks until his last day, when he was just 5 months old. 

Uhtred loved his foster parents and would follow them around, nuzzle their faces, and snuggle on their chests or by their side. 

Uhtred battled several congenital and possible neurologic abnormalities that his foster parents and rescue fought hard to try and manage. The whole vet office knew and loved him.

Despite his discomfort, he was the happiest and most loving boy. When he no longer wanted to continue his fight, he gently let us know. 

While we are utterly heartbroken to lose him, we are relieved he is no longer suffering and is at peace.

He will be forever missed and loved.
