We adopted Memphis in November of 2010 from the SPCA, where he was estimated to be around 1.5-2 years old. With a dark brindle coat and warm brown eyes, Memphis was a ball of energy, always up for a walk, a run, time in the creek, and was NEVER short of licks and cuddles. He loved to dance with us standing on his hind legs, to make a seat in our laps, be a vacuum for any scraps he could find, and never met a single person he didn't love. In his young age he looked fierce, but he would lick you to death before anything else. He has been by our side for the past almost 12 years as we built a family in West Chester. He is so very loved by our two children, Hunter (9) and Presley (7), who spent many nights cuddling him to sleep. He has been our pillow, blanket, walking buddy, model for dress-up, plate cleaner, side kick, and ultimately a constant source of unconditional love. We will miss you Memph. We already do. But we love you and celebrate your life and every ounce of licks, cuddles, and love you gave us.
