Obituary of Lynx Ruiz

Please share a memory of Lynx to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Lynx was my best friend. However, we didn't start off that way when I first rescued his mom and siblings. He was not very trusting of people and always ran and hid as a kitten. But his little head would soon pop out again out of curiosity. My Lynx and his family moved into our home for the winter and they soon started enjoying the luxuries of being an indoor cat and never returned to barn living. I would often let them out to get some air and play and they would all return shortly after to rest by the window. All except for Lynx. He would stay out longer and give me the hardest time about coming back in when the sun goes down. But my loveable boy taught me so much and he went from hiding from me, to being the first to by my side when it was time to relax. Or the first to be by my side when it was time to sleep. For about a year we kept this routine and he was very vocal about what he wanted. We had many conversations. Now you get to be outside all you want my baby. You can come in when you're tired from playing in paradise. I love you. And I will miss you until the day I see you again. God bless you my Lynx
