June 3, 2007 - April 7, 2023
I had nearly 16 amazing years with Jake and knew the end was near, but even so, yesterday was still by far the hardest day I’ve ever had to endure. Jake was the most amazing friend I ever could have asked for. He gave such amazing love and support through so many years of my life. We had so many amazing adventures together. I know everyone says it, but he seriously was the best dog and son I could have asked for. I can’t even begin to describe how crushed I am but I am happy that he was able to pass at home, surrounded by our love, and in my arms. I’m really going to miss my boy.
