Obituary of Reaper Powell
Please share a memory of Reaper to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Reaper was my first snake and he was a great friend. He was sweet and gentle and I could hand him off to curious kids, didn’t have a mean bone in his body. He helped a lot of people see snakes in a more positive light. He went way too soon and we don’t know why, but I will never forget my time with him. Reaper opened a whole new world for me, he was unique and beautiful. Now there is a hole in my heart and I hope to see him again.
“Grief is like the ocean; it comes on waves ebbing and flowing. Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes it is overwhelming. All we can do is learn to swim.”
