Cody Maximus Davis 8/25/2023

Cody was a vibrant Golden from birth in December of 2012. He was an AKC Champion in all aspects.

He was best known for being a  charmer, a lover, a sissy, a daddy of 7, a brother, a leader always, a spooner, a love bug, a big baby, and a nooge,

An enforcer to reckon with, but above all he was family. He had an older brother Fenwick, a sister Riley, kids named

Bruno, Bailey, Roxy, Buddy, Gemma and Maggie, he lost a son over the summer, named Otto. Mommy to the babies and his love was dear Kimba who passed with sadness. Cousins are Ranger, Leo, Weston, Cash, and Hank.

All loved to be around the fearless leader, Cody. He ruled the roost, and let them know, he was boss.

There wasn’t a safe tennis ball in the tri state area. You had to spell R I D E, if you were taking him, as he waited by the door. He was the

first to greet and love you when you walked in, welcoming you and the first to bed to love you. We went to the beach often, and he rode the waves like a pro, chasing his floatie toy, and dugs holes

that looked like craters. He was so robust and FUN, full of love! Most of all he loved his hikes with his Pop. The valley and the family farm where his domain.

He looked like a Lion, king of the woods. Each of us lost a piece of our heart on Friday after Cody lost a short battle of cancer. He tried his best to be strong for us.

We will always remember Cody, Cody bumps, Cod-mister, Maximus, Nooge, Muffasa, as our little boy, 95 lbs of love and fur. He thought of himself as a lap dog until he crossed the

Rainbow Bridge. There wont be as many smiles without you, however the photos and memories bring back some laughs and spirit to our heart.

We MISS you dearly, and will love you FUREVER. Xxoo Mom, Dad, Megan and Shawn
