Liberty was a special kitty that touched hearts internationally.
Born in the streets of Baghdad, she was discovered by her human dad while on deployment to Iraq in 2009. Thanks to the efforts of SPCA International, she was transported to the United States and lived life as a fat and fluffy American princess.
The cat that thought she was a dog, she loved sitting on your lap and sleeping at night next to her mom. She was an amazing cat given her hard start to life, and a scarred up face bore truth to that struggle. Yet it didn't change her sweet nature.
May we remember the wonderful memories and amazing, long life she got to have. From Iraq to the US.
