Obituary of Aries Rabenold

I can’t believe it

Our beautiful boy Aries transcended to his next journey on Tuesday January 16th at 6:58 am in my arms snuggling in bed.

He was my constant companion for 15 years since he was 14 weeks old, born in 2008. 

He went by Aries, Bug, Buggy Boo, Snugabug, my love, Munchkin, Bubby Lou, Bubbub , Mr. Bunny Ears, Mr. Wiggle Butt , love of my life, angel baby, little goose, Snuggy Wuggy and somehow always knew I was talking to him. 

He loved his food, he would be fed first and got his treat first, 

He had sweet big ears I’m going to miss rubbing while he would lay on my lap. Touching his velvet chest. His saunter with those long minpin legs always made my heart melt. Knowing he was right behind me (literally, on walks he would wiggle back and forth along with my footsteps) kept us grounded and whole. 

His love bite and the way he’d lay his forehead against mine reassured me of unconditional love we have for each other. 

He would greet me at the door when I got home. He loved to travel to the beach , slip under warm covers by my side, bouncing like a pogo stick while getting dinner, aggressively licking my face  (a buggy facial), and wag is little nub tail. Play shy puppy on the stairs waiting for us, and climb over me to get to his water glass on my bedside table.

My soulmate, how do I go on without you? The last of my crew of 5 together again in heaven. With a broken heart I pray mom-moms and your pack are having a joyous reunion playing, dancing  and eating apple dumplings and ice cream.
