Schatzi (2011 - 24) came to us by way of our daughter Kirsten who helped rescue her and her six siblings abandoned on a roadside in Tennessee.  Upon her arrival, she was eight weeks old and weighed one pound. She settled in quickly, making herself at home, gaining three pounds the first month and displaying true Torti attitude: stand your ground at all times. Soon she weighed 15 pounds, never to be hungry again. She lived her best life:  sleeping on various beds, chairs and sofas and in front of the 'Cat TV,' eating and never wanting for anything. She ran the house, and we already miss her dearly.
