Our cat Banx aka Kitten crossed the rainbow bridge 

She would have been 20 yrs old beginning of August. My dad and I found her all alone in the sand literally the day she was born when I lived in OBX - filthy, umbilical cord still attached, of course eyes haven't opened yet, completely vulnerable. I hand raised her with the help of our dogs. She was so tiny, yet so strong and resilient it does not come as a surprise that she lived to be almost 20 yrs old. While I'm so grateful for such a long life, it's never easy to accept that I'll never see her again. I know that's she's found my dad in heaven and that's all I could ever ask for as he was her favorite person and she's missed him terribly since he passed in 2021. Rest in Peace, Kitten
