Salem was adopted as a kitten and spent nine happy years with his family.
He liked to be brushed, wake the family with his meows, and look out windows.
He was gentle and curious, and always had his own way of doing things.
He is survived by his sister Betty and his human parents and siblings.
Deeply loved by all who met him, he will be as dearly missed and remembered.
