Hi! My name is Caroline. I was the mother of Jarome, the cat. We are the next obituary over. I happened to read yours, and it touched my heart. Without knowing, you said all of the things I needed to hear. I am so, deeply, sorry for your loss. I, too, feel that same emptiness and void. I don't know how to walk into my home and see all of those favorite places. We also had a routine. Each of those times, I break into uncontrollable tears. I'm not sure how to do this without him. Anyways,I just wanted to say I'm deeply sorry. I understand the pain. Thank you for the words that helped me! Hopefully this gets easier for us.
